2017 Boots Not Suits Kick-Off Dinner Celebrating the Opening of the Arapahoe County Fair

Cost is $30 per person. Each ticket includes:

  • Daily admission to the Fair on July 27, 2017 for one (1) person.
  • Parking Pass to the Fair on July 27, 2017 for one (1) vehicle
  • Catered dinner, dessert and beverages for one (1) person.
  • Beer courtesy of Dry Dock Brewing Company (age 21 and older)

(Tickets are required for children over 36”. Kids under 36” are free with a shared adult plate.)

Carnival Rides: Carnival rides are not included. Purchase unlimited carnival rides for $10 online.

Ticketing Details:

  • Tickets Will be Mailed: Kick-off dinner tickets are not sent electronically. Your admission tickets and parking passes will be mailed to you within five (5) business days if purchased by July 20, 2017. Tickets purchased after July 20, 2017 will be available at the Special Event Table at the Main Gate.
  • Event Check-In: Present your parking pass to the parking attendants upon entry. Present your admission ticket at the Special Event Table at the Main Gate anytime after 4 p.m. on Thursday, July 27, 2017 in order to receive a meal ticket and admission wristband for entry to the Fair.

Enjoy carnival rides on the night the kick-off dinner, or come back another day!

Fair daily admission tickets with unlimited carnival rides are just $10 if you buy online by July 26, or pay $15 at the gate. Children under 36” get in free.

Each daily pass is valid for one (1) person and can be used any one (1) day of the Fair, July 27-30, 2017.

Please read this agreement carefully. This agreement contains all elements of ticket usage,
including risk and liability as well as the privacy policy of this purchase.


Each Kick-Off Dinner Ticket is good for one (1) person and one (1) day use on Thursday, July 27, 2017 only. All passes are non-transferable, must be relinquished at the time of redemption, and cannot be shared or scanned more than once.

Each parking pass is valid for one (1) vehicle and one (1) day use on Thursday, July 27, 2017 only. No re-entry is permitted.


Tickets are non-refundable and "Rain or Shine". There will be no weather related cancellations.
Tickets should be treated as cash and safeguarded as such.

Arapahoe County, and Crabtree Amusements will not be responsible for lost or stolen tickets or tickets exchanged on-site close to Carnival closing time. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.

Any person caught trying to duplicate tickets or wristbands will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Management reserves all rights for changes, additions or deletions to this agreement at any time.


NO credit card information is shared or provided to any third party at any time. General information collected in this form may be used by the Arapahoe County Fair to promote the Fair in successive years. You may opt out of any contact at any time.
