2017 Arapahoe County Fair 

 July 27 - 30, 2017

Thursday: 4 – 9 p.m.

Friday - Saturday: 11 a.m. - 9 p.m.

Sunday: 11 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Booth Fees:

**Please note that all vendors who fill out this application are not guaranteed a spot in the Fair. You will be notified if you application has been declined. If you are not notified please know that you are accepted.

Booth Fees:

Vendor Booths:

  • Not-for-profit -- $250 (must be 501(c)3 status, 501(c)6 status, or be a school)
  • Home Based/Craft Business -- $275 (Business must be based out of your home)
  • Commercial Vendors -- $400 (Storefront businesses, corporate stores, political groups, etc.)
  • Corporate Vendors - $450 (Nationwide services or business)

**The prices above include a 10x10 exhibitor space, 2 exhibitor badges (additional passes may be purchased at the front gate for $5) and a non-refundable application fee of $50.

Refunds Policy:

  • Withdrawal/cancellation before June 1 - Full refund less the non-refundable $50 deposit.
  • Withdrawal/cancellation between June 1 - July 1 - 50% refund less the non-refundable $50 deposit.
  • Withdrawal/cancellation  July 1 or later  - no refunds will be issued.
