Arapahoe County Fair Food Vendors Application

We are excited to be rolling out the booth applications for the

2017 Arapahoe County Fair 

The fair is July 27 - 30, 2017

Thursday: 4 – 9 p.m.

Friday - Sunday: 11 a.m. – 9 p.m.

This application is for Food Vendors ONLY.

Booth Fees:

Vendor Booths:

  • Food Vendor Booth -- $1,000 

**The prices above include a 10x20 exhibitor space, 4 exhibitor badges (additional passes may be purchased at the front gate for $5) and a non-refundable application fee of $50. 

**Please note that all vendors who fill out this application are not guaranteed a spot in the Fair. You will be notified if your application has been declined. If you are not notified please know that you are accepted.

Refunds Policy:

  • Withdrawal/cancellation before June 1 - Full refund less the non-refundable $100 deposit.
  • Withdrawal/cancellation between June 1 - July 1 - 50% refund less the non-refundable $100 deposit.
  • Withdrawal/cancellation  July 1 or later  - no refunds will be issued.


We invite you to get started in filling out the application.  Please be aware that full payment is required at the time booth applications are submitted and that this application has seven sections or pages.  It will take approximately 20 minutes to complete the full application.

  • Thursday,  4:00 PM - 9:00 PM
  • Friday,        11:00 AM - 9:00 PM
  • Saturday,   11:00 AM - 9:00 PM
  • Sunday,      11:00 AM - 7:00 PM

All vendors are required to stay all hours listed above.
